Job summary

Indsec Securities and Finance Limited, Mumbai, invites an accomplished professional to lead Institutional Equities Research & Sales. The role reports to the MD & CEO, leads 4-5 analysts and 2-3 sales traders, and focuses on expanding empanelments, managing client meetings and equity research outputs.

A strong network, entrepreneurial mindset and multi-sector knowledge are essential for driving higher value and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Institutional Research and Sales experience is a must.
• Strong Industry Network, Contacts and Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge of Multiple Sectors
• Ability to lead a Team effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4-5 analysts and 2-3 sales traders in conducting routine equity research and sales activities such as IC reports, quarterly updates, company management meetings, client presentations etc.
• Ability to service and grow share of wallet from existing Empanelments
• Leverage on personal network and experience to lead efforts towards pitching for New Empanelments.
• Good work-life balance as compared to industry norms

Role & Responsibilities:

• We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in the stockbroking industry to lead our research and sales team.
• An individual with an entrepreneurial mindset wanting to maximize returns from his/her network will flourish in the role.
• The candidate will report directly to the MD & CEO
