Job summary

Valeo is a global tech company in the automotive sector, seeking to strengthen supplier relationships in Chennai, India. The role focuses on monitoring QCD targets, RFQ, negotiation and ordering processes, and ensuring procurement compliance within the NPP framework.

You will maintain supplier data in PuMa and SAP, support dematerialization, develop online catalogs, and implement productivity actions with the Segment Organisation to drive efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Experience with RFQ, negotiation and ordering processes in procurement.
• Experience maintaining supplier data in ERP systems (PuMa and SAP).
• Ability to use e-auctions and catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor QCD supplier relationship in line with targets set by the Non Production Purchasing Network.
• Propose and implement productivity actions in collaboration with the Segment Organisation.

Proposes and Implement productivity actions in collaboration with the Segment Organisation. Maintain his/her supplier panel and ensures Supplier information recorded in the systems (PuMa, SAP) is updated and accurate. Performs RFQ, Negotiation and Ordering Process in compliance with instructions and procedures set by NPP Organization within e-procurement system. Make extensive usage of e-auctions Solves daily operational issues to answer internal customer need, and liaise/escalate when needed to the appropriate contact within the NPP Network (SSC Manager, Segment Leader…) Support and enforce dematerialization process Develop and Support usage of on line catalogs where appropriate. KPIs : Shared Indirect Purchasing index Specific Dematerialization Catalog usage Ratio QCD indicators Auctions SoCo
