Search Advisers Services Guj is looking for a GM Global Category Lead - Indirect Procurement to drive global sourcing strategy and supplier management for indirect spend. You will partner with regional and business stakeholders to deliver savings, sustainability, and operational excellence.

The role focuses on defining category strategies, leading RFx processes, negotiations, and managing supplier risk across a global footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years procurement experience with strong category management.
• Experience managing global suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong commercial negotiation and strategic sourcing skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global category strategies for indirect spend categories.
• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, cost drivers, and risks.
• Lead strategic sourcing projects, RFx processes, negotiations, and contract management.
• Drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimization and productivity improvements.
• Develop strategic supplier partnerships and manage supplier risk, performance reviews and development programs.
