Senior Analyst – Roche Services & Solutions (Chennai or Hyderabad)

Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced analytics and actionable insights to support strategic priorities with the greatest impact for customers and patients.
- Lead complex projects and initiatives in pharma commercial operations, including Brand Performance tracking, Disease Market Overview, Patient Journeys (Treatment and Drug Fulfilment), Forecasting, Product launch support and assessment, Patient adherence, Physician/Account Targeting, Payer Mix, Marketing Impact and ROI.
- Collaborate with Therapy Area managers, Ecosystem Insights leads and other stakeholders to understand market dynamics and customer behaviors, leveraging data to support data-driven strategies.
- Comprehend stakeholder requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage day-to-day responsibilities while coordinating with the GATE internal team for delivery.
- Lead team and stakeholder discussions, act as a thought partner, and provide high-quality analytics solutions and recommendations.
- Create impactful presentations to convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
- Attend meetings across time zones to ensure smooth delivery of analytical and operational requests.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members and interns on analytics principles and the pharma domain.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Software, Statistics, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering); preference for candidates with a Master’s degree or relevant certifications.
- 4–8 years of analytics/consulting experience, 2–5 years specifically in Pharma/Biotech/Healthcare analytics projects.
- Expertise in US Pharma Commercial Operations with strong background in Sales analytics, Claims analytics, Product analysis, Patient analytics, forecasting and ROI analysis.
- Experience with secondary data sets such as IQVIA Sales data, 867 data, LAAD Claims, affiliations, field interactions, Veeva, medical data and more.
- Knowledge of therapeutic areas like oncology, neurology, immunology; working knowledge of Salesforce or Veeva is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL; knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, R, or SAS.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with a track record of presenting to stakeholders and handling inquiries.
- Proven ability to translate research and analysis into succinct and persuasive business narratives that drive decision-making and strategic initiatives.
