Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage projects related to process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency
  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinate project teams, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure timely completion
  • Process Analysis and Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and inefficiencies and document current processes using process mapping and flowcharting techniques to visualize workflows
  • Lean Six Sigma Methodology: Apply basic Lean Six Sigma principles to contribute to process improvement projects
  • Collaborate with teams in conducting root cause analyses and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business processes and overall organizational performance
  • Implement performance measurement systems and dashboards to monitor KPIs and provide insights for decision-making
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analysis tools to generate insights into process performance and identify areas of improvement
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making
  • Continuous Improvement Culture: Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization
  • Encourage employees to contribute ideas and suggestions for process enhancements
  • Organize workshops and training sessions on Lean / Six Sigma concepts to promote process excellence principles
