Job description

About Team

You will be part of a Data Engineering team that builds and operates scalable, intelligent data platforms enabling analytics, automation and AI-driven decision‑making across the organization. Our work focuses on designing high‑performance data systems, ensuring reliability and operational excellence and integrating Generative AI capabilities to enhance how data is processed, understood, and used.

What You Will Do
Design and Develop Scalable Data Systems

Build and optimize high‑performance data pipelines and APIs using Python, FastAPI, Spark, and Airflow, ensuring reliability and efficiency for large‑scale distributed data.

Develop and Deploy Agentic Systems

Design and implement AI Agents using LangGraph or other agentic frameworks, capable of orchestrating data workflows, integrating with APIs, and leveraging LLMs and ML models for decision‑making.

Build Product‑Ready AI Agents

Deliver production‑grade agents that are containerized, monitored, and scalable — with strong focus on observability, traceability, and monitoring.

End‑to‑End Ownership

Take full responsibility to build, deploy, and maintain systems — including Kubernetes scheduling, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure setup using Terraform.

Develop and Integrate Frontend Interfaces

Build modern, intuitive interfaces using React or Next.js to interact with agents, visualize data, and enable observability and control for end users.

Ensure Operational Excellence

Instrument applications for observability, monitoring, and traceability, ensuring reliability and performance at scale.

Manage Cloud Deployments

Work hands‑on with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services like BigQuery, Cloud Run, Vertex AI, and GCS to deploy and scale AI systems.

Containerize and Automate AI Deployments

Build containerized agents with Docker and orchestrate deployment using Kubernetes. Leverage CI/CD systems for continuous delivery and environment automation.

Optimize for Scale and Maintainability

Design with scalability in mind — ensuring systems can support multiple concurrent agents, handle high throughput, and adapt to growing data volumes.

What You Will Bring
  • 6–10 years of experience in software engineering, with strong exposure to large‑scale distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and data processing frameworks such as Spark.
  • Working knowledge of Java/Scala for performance‑critical components is a plus.
  • Solid experience in frontend development, preferably with React or Next.js, to build interfaces and control panels for AI agents.
  • Strong understanding of agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain) and LLM orchestration concepts.
  • Awareness of ML models, their deployment patterns, and interaction with Gen AI agents.
  • Experience developing and deploying product‑ready Gen AI agents that run at scale.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, and scheduling) and containerization best practices.
  • Hands‑on experience with Terraform for cloud infrastructure setup and management.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and environment management.
  • Familiarity with Airflow or similar tools for orchestration and scheduling.
  • Working knowledge of GCP, particularly BigQuery, Cloud Run, GCS, and Vertex AI.
  • Skills in observability, monitoring, and traceability — including logging, metrics, and alerting frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, prompt engineering, and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
  • Practical understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and agent ecosystem integrations.
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously across Ops, Data, and AI system layers.
