Senior Manager – Finance
This role will own the consolidation of overall entity P&L, drive short & long-range planning for the center, and work closely with senior management and Tech finance teams to achieve the center’s financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate entity P&L and manage governing and risk oversight.
- Lead short & long range planning and forecast activities.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders (segments/functions) and partner teams (Tech, MDM, Data, etc.) to improve product processes and enabling technologies.
- Supervise plan/forecast activities and manage workflows and super user tasks.
- Assess changes to existing model drivers and refresh/distribute plan reporting packages and dashboards.
- Support high‑level forecast seeding, data reconciliation and application development needs.
- Coordinate with Tech support for new development and application testing.
- Provide solution design impact assessment for customer requirements and prioritize requests for Tech support.
- Manage administrative activities associated with planning applications and models.
- Support recruitment to identify talent for COE roles and develop performance expectations for team members.
- Mentor and develop an atmosphere of trust and openness.
Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience with at least 6 years in financial planning & analysis.
- Strong financial acumen with ability to connect data, controls, and working capital impact.
- Proven experience leading transformation or process modernization initiatives.
- Executive level communication skills and ability to tell the story behind the numbers.
- Comfort operating in a matrixed environment and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Disciplined approach to governance and risk management.
- Curiosity and resilience navigating ambiguity and enterprise complexity.
- Experience with enterprise financial systems and advanced knowledge of Agile product development methods.
- Experience working with FP&A tools and technology, preferably OneStream.
- Robust understanding of data modelling, effective processes for data analysis, and knowledge of data science / machine learning concepts.
- Experience working with global product teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and minimum 4 years’ accounting/finance experience (or 6 years’ experience). One year’s experience leading and completing cross‑functional projects.
