Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive Functional sessions with business users gathering requirements, lead design workshop & configure application from scratch.
• Good communication skills & able to interact with clients over the phone to drive Functional clarifications.
• Must have functional expertise to perform Data Uploads through file, establish integration with ERP cloud application/other legacy source systems & defining technical rule sets for data.
• Experience implementing Planning modules Financial, Workforce, Project & Capital Planning.
• Should have hands‑on experience in PBCS and FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close)
• Well-versed in Cloud Applications, EPM Suite [ EPBCS, PBCS, FCCS], EPM Automate, SmartView and FRs reporting.
• Good knowledge of ITIL concepts (Incident / Problem / Change / Availability Management)
• Should be flexible to work for with the CST working hours

Skill Competencies

• EPM experience of 10+ years with at least 3 end‑to‑end projects in Oracle Cloud product of EPM/ 9 years with Hyperion Planning Application
• Set-up the system to meet the desired business process and requirements
• Work independently to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues prior to their occurrence
• Requirement‑gathering experience
• Ability to discuss cross‑functional/cross‑domain issues with stake holders Certification
• Oracle Financial Close & Consolidation (FCC) certification/EPM Planning Certification/Any other EPM Certification
• Qualification - MBA Finance/ACCA/CA/CPA/CMA.
