You will design pilots, perform ETL, map data, and ensure quality across fast-paced migrations for diverse clients. The role emphasizes data integrity, tooling expertise, and cross-functional collaboration with Zenoti teams to enable smooth go-lives and successful

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience implementing enterprise software with data transformation and migration
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel functions; familiarity with database systems is an added advantage
• Skilled in data management tools and scripts for onboarding and migration workflows
• Experience in building utilities to streamline migration processes
• Extensive experience in data mapping and migration practices
• Ability to define quality checks to ensure data integrity during legacy-to-system transitions
• Strong technical foundation with a technology-oriented mindset
• Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Configure solutions to align with customer business processes and operational requirements
• Design and implement proof-of-concept and pilot solutions for high-priority and large-scale customers
• Perform ETL across platforms
• Identify and mitigate major project risks through proactive planning
• Respond promptly to customer concerns to drive satisfaction and value
• Stay current with product updates, workflows, and industry trends
• Develop expertise in data migration tools and legacy data structures
• Maintain documentation and adhere to internal processes for successful implementations
• Meet SLAs and performance metrics in line with objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on customer requirements
• Work cross-functionally with Zenoti teams to ensure smooth go-lives for customers
• Review client processes and recommend best practices for configuration
• Accurately load customer data (services, menus, memberships) into the system
• Conduct training sessions for customers across Zenoti modules
• Provide ongoing support during post-go-live transition

• Develop expertise in data migration tools and legacy system data structures to enhance onboarding efficiency
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to internal processes to support successful product implementations
• Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics in line with organizational objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on customer requirements while managing expectations effectively
• Work cross‑functionally with Zenoti teams to ensure smooth go‑lives for customers on the Zenoti platform
• Review client business processes and recommend best practices for configuration and usage within Zenoti
• Accurately load customer data, including services, menus, and memberships, into the system to support software adoption
• Conduct training sessions for customers across various modules of the Zenoti software
• Provide ongoing support during the initial post‑go‑live phase to ensure a smooth transition and user adoption
