Job summary

BCD Travel is seeking an Apprentice (Office) to join our team in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will be the face of our company, assisting clients with travel requests and reservations while ensuring excellent customer service.

• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer.
• Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
• Work closely along with Senior Travel Consultants.
• Maintain and seek expansion of current knowledge of the travel industry.

As a Apprentice, you will

• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
• Strong understanding of world Geography
• Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
• Work closely along with Senior Travel Consultants
• Strong collaborator, active thinker and proactive in tasks
• Maintain, actively communicate, and seek expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported
