Salary: 30,000 to 55,000/month + Incentives

Experience: 6 months in telesales (preferred)

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Inbound Telesales Executives to handle international leads and inquiries. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients who have shown interest in our services. As part of a fast-growing global service brand, you'll be responsible for converting inbound leads into paid clients, building strong relationships, and delivering a top-notch sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from international clients (no cold calling)
• Consult clients about services, requirements, and benefits
• Qualify leads based on interest and eligibility
• Close sales by guiding clients through the onboarding process
• Maintain records of calls, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM
• Meet daily/weekly conversion targets
• Coordinate with internal teams post-sale
• Provide excellent customer service and clear, honest communication
