Price Waterhouse Cooper LLP in Gurgaon seeks an IN-Specialist 2 Finance (BEST AP/AR) within Internal Firm Services to support financial planning, reporting, data analysis and risk management. You will record and analyze financial transactions, process invoices and maintain ledger accounts.

This role focuses on ensuring compliant, timely financial operations and collaborating with ERP and Shared Services interfaces to drive efficiency and accuracy in day-to-day invoicing and reconciliation.

Qualifications

• B.Com, BBA, MBA, M.Com or PGDM is required.
• 0-1 year experience in finance operations or related roles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and invoicing processes.
• Understanding of Accounts Receivable and Payable workflows.

Job Description & Summary:A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You'll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day activities assigned transaction processing for a specific process or group of processes with the teams.

• Meeting the SLA's and assigned volume on daily basis

• Ensuring compliances/ adherence to internal policies as per Internal Controls

• Understand the overall ERP system and Shared services system interfaces and processes, suggesting improvements in the existing system and processes

• Ensure successful delivery of the services and confirm the quality-of-service delivery

• Discuss operational concerns (if any) with the team lead

• Maintaining a good level of relationship, education, and resolution of issues

Mandatory skill sets: Accounts receivable, accounts payable, excel, generation of invoices
