Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering and/or MBA/MCA/MTech; SAP SD knowledge.
• Strong documentation, testing and end-user training material skills.

Responsibilities

• Module Configuration: Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors RCM templates (Job Requisition, Candidate Profile, Application Management, and Offer Templates).
• Business Rules & Workflows: Set up route maps, approval workflows, and business rules (such as mapping position attributes from Employee Central to Job Requisitions or setting country-specific currencies).
• Integration Support: Manage integrations between RCM and other modules like SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Onboarding, and Recruiting Marketing (RMK).
• Testing & Support: Execute system testing, handle defect resolution, and provide tier-2/tier-3 production support for recruiting tools.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather business requirements from HR teams and translate them into clean, functional system design and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Core Module Knowledge: Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors RCM, candidate pipelines, applicant status sets, and rating scales.
• Role-Based Permissions (RBP): Familiarity with setting up admin and user permissions within the Admin Center and Provisioning.
• Integration Experience: Understanding of Position Org Chart to Job Requisition integration and external candidate sync to Employee Central.
• Experience Level: Typically ranges from 3 to 10+ years depending on whether the role is mid-level functional support or an end-to-end global implementation consultant.
• Documentation: Ability to write clear functional specifications, test scripts, and end-user training materials.
