PwC is seeking a Senior Manager – SAP MM with 11+ years of experience to lead SAP MM transformation, implementation, and support initiatives within the PKS practice. Location: Pan India.

Senior leadership role overseeing end-to-end SAP MM delivery across multiple modules and global rollouts. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, mentor teams, and drive best practices in procure-to-pay processes and SAP integration with FI/CO, SD, PP, WM/EWM.

Role Overview: PwC is looking for an experienced SAP MM professional with 11+ years of experience to lead SAP MM transformation, implementation, and support initiatives within the PKS practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Drive end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) and Materials Management processes.
• Lead solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP solutions.
• Manage and mentor functional teams and project deliverables.
• Work closely with SAP SD, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM and other modules.
• Drive process improvements and SAP best practices.
• Manage client stakeholders, escalations, and project governance.

Key Skills

• 11+ years of strong experience in SAP MM.
• Strong expertise in P2P and procurement processes.
• SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.
• Good integration knowledge with FI/CO, SD, PP and WM/EWM.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience in leading large-scale SAP transformation/implementation projects.

Mandatory Skill sets

• Strong experience in SAP PP and/or QM configuration and business processes.
• Hands‑on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of MRP, Production Planning, Shop Floor Control, Production Execution, Quality Inspection, and Quality Notifications.
• Experience integrating PP/QM with MM, SD, PM, EWM, and FI/CO modules.
• Experience in implementation, rollout, migration, or support projects.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and project documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Skill sets

• SAP S/4HANA and Fiori exposure.
• Experience in discrete, process, or repetitive manufacturing environments.
• Experience in global rollouts and digital transformation programs.
• SAP certification is an added advantage.
• Consulting and client‑facing experience preferred.

Years of experience required: 3–14 Years

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree; SAP certification is an added advantage.
