PwC India in Bengaluru is seeking a senior Data & BI specialist to translate business needs into scalable analytics. You will own Power BI reporting, data modeling, and AI-enabled workflows across enterprise datasets.

You will contribute to data warehousing efforts, leverage Power Apps/Power Automate, and apply SQL skills to deliver insights. This role requires 7–10 years of experience and engineering degrees.

Qualifications

7–10 years of hands-on experience with Power BI and data modeling.
Experience in data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
Proven ability to deliver Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
Solid SQL knowledge and ETL/ELT concepts.
Experience with Claude or similar AI assistants in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and data models.
Design data warehouse schemas and support data migrations.
Build AI-enabled automated workflows using Power Platform tools.
Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into analytics.

Data & BI (Core)

Practical experience building solutions with Power Apps
Experience automating workflows with Power Automate
Solid understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and SQL
Good working exposure to Claude or similar LLM-based AI assistants — understanding capabilities, limitations, and practical applications
Working knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar frameworks for connecting AI models to external tools/data
Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a professional capacity (not just casual use) — e.g., building AI-assisted workflows, prompting for enterprise tasks, integrating AI into existing tools
A genuine curiosity for exploring how AI can be applied — both for personal productivity and at enterprise scale
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, since AI tooling and best practices are still evolving.
