PwC is seeking a SAP project manager, Senior Associate in our Advisory line, to drive end-to-end SAP projects. The role focuses on PMO governance, stakeholder coordination, and program reporting, with no hands-on SAP configuration.

Responsabilidades

• Project Delivery & Execution (Non-Technical): Manage SAP projects end-to-end including planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting. Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• PMO Governance & Standards: Establish and maintain governance frameworks, templates, dashboards, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Coordinate between business teams, SAP functional/technical staff, and leadership; document requirements and align cross-functional dependencies.
• SAP Domain Awareness (Bridge Role Only): Review high-level requirements, understand integration impacts, support UAT planning and cutover coordination without hands-on SAP config.
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop executive dashboards using Power BI/Smartsheet/Excel; track budgets, forecasts, effort, burn rates, and audits.

We need people who can deliver projects as a Project Manager... Preference in the order: 1) Worked in any SF modules with PM experience must 2) Only PM experience with any SAP module. 3) Worked as a PM for any HCM products like workday, peoplesoft, HCm etc.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Execution (Non-Technical) Manage SAP projects end-to-end including planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting. Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests. Ensure delivery governance across SAP transformation programs (ECC to S/4HANA, rollouts, upgrades, AMS transitions, etc.). Oversee vendor/partner delivery performance and ensure SLA compliance.
• PMO Governance & Standards Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, templates, and documentation standards. Own project dashboards, project health indicators, RACI matrices, and communication plans. Facilitate program governance meetings, stage gates, and steering committee reviews. Maintain RAID logs, financial trackers, project registers, and status reports.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication Act as the primary coordination point between: Business teams SAP functional consultants SAP technical teams Integration partners Leadership stakeholders Translate business requirements into structured documentation without owning design. Drive alignment and resolution on cross-functional dependencies.
• SAP Domain Awareness (Bridge Role Only) Use SAP functional understanding only for: Reviewing high-level requirements Understanding integration impacts Providing context to business/non-technical leadership Supporting UAT planning and cutover coordination Zero hands-on SAP configuration, testing, or solution design.
• Reporting & Analytics Develop executive-level dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Smartsheet, Excel, MS Project. Track budgets, forecasts, effort, burn rates, and resource utilization. Facilitate audits, documentation compliance, and quality assurance.
