Job summary

PwC is hiring a seasoned Automation Engineer to optimise operational efficiency through automation across business applications. You will analyze needs, implement software solutions, train users, and provide ongoing support for seamless integration and utilisation of automation tools.

You will contribute to automation framework development, RESTful API automation, and CI/CD workflows, operating in a fast-paced Agile environment with strong collaboration and continuous learning at its core.

Qualifications

• Must have strong programming and debugging skills.
• Automation framework development/enhancement experience is a must.
• Experience in robot framework is a plus.
• Experience in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good debugging skills and ability to identify issues quickly.
• Experience in developing automation framework for testing RESTful web services.
• Experience in Jenkins, configuring jobs, executing TestNG test cases from Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Good knowledge of relational databases/SQL queries.
• Worked on manual functional/regression/integration testing.
• Strong understanding of APIs and experience automating APIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide automation engineering expertise using Selenium across languages.
• Develop and enhance automation frameworks and maintain test suites.
• Automate RESTful services and APIs; integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure and run Jenkins jobs; execute TestNG test cases.

• Strong understanding of APIs and experience of automating APIs

Preferred skill sets:
