Job Description & Summary: Servicenow Test Lead, quality engineering

We are looking for Test Lead to join GRC team. This role requires strong leadership skill and domain skill on IRM, Compliance Tools and Testing, Risk Events and Risk profile reporting.

Responsibilities

Experience : 2-9 Years ( Minimum 4 years in ServiceNow Domain- especially in ServiceNow IRM and 2 years in leadership role)

Conduct impact analysis for releases, upgrades, and defect fixes, and identify required test coverage. Provide test reporting, defect analysis, and UAT support during releases. Recommend improvements to test strategy, automation coverage, and DevOps integration Promote and support implementation of automated CI/CT/CD pipeline

Mandatory skill sets
