PwC India is seeking a Senior Associate to bolster Governance, Risk and Compliance within our Cybersecurity practice in Gurugram. The role focuses on establishing governance structures, policy development, and compliance mapping to laws and controls, helping protect client assets.

You will work with a vibrant team delivering risk-based security programs, governance dashboards, and oversight activities, while aligning with organizational risk priorities.

Formación

• Governance, risk and compliance (GRC) focus in cybersecurity.
• 5–10 years of experience in governance, risk and compliance domains.
• Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain governance structures for security and GRC programs.
• Develop and manage policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Drive compliance mapping to laws, regulations, and control requirements.
• Oversee governance reporting, dashboards, and management review mechanisms.
• Coordinate policy exceptions, approvals, and control oversight activities.
• Support periodic assessments and governance reviews.
• Align governance practices with organizational strategy and risk priorities.
• Monitor maturity improvement and roadmap execution.
