Job summary

PwC in India is seeking a Senior Associate to lead governance, risk and compliance programs within cybersecurity. You will establish security governance structures, develop policies and dashboards, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements while supporting governance reviews.

The role focuses on threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and building resilient security processes across the organization, with mentorship and collaboration across teams to enable robust risk governance.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in governance, risk and compliance (GRC).
B.Tech/BE or M.Tech in engineering.
Strong knowledge of policy development and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain governance structures for security and GRC programs
Develop and manage policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks
Drive compliance mapping to laws, regulations, and control requirements
Oversee governance reporting, dashboards, and management review mechanisms
Coordinate policy exceptions, approvals, and control oversight activities
Support periodic assessments and governance reviews
Align governance practices with organizational strategy and risk priorities
Monitor maturity improvement and roadmap execution
