Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead GenAI and multi-agent AI solutions for enterprise scale.
• Design multi-agent systems, RAG architectures, AI copilots and knowledge assistants.
• Lead end-to-end AI product development from ideation to production deployment.
• Establish AI engineering standards, evaluation frameworks, guardrails and governance.
• Build scalable AI platforms leveraging cloud-native services and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
• Mentor engineering teams through architecture reviews and design discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI product development from ideation to production deployment.
• Establish AI engineering standards, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and governance.
• Build scalable AI platforms leveraging cloud-native services and modern MLOps/LLMOps practices.
• Guide engineering teams through architecture, design reviews, and technical mentoring.
• Work directly with clients to define AI strategy, use cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Cloud, Cyber, and Business teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Mandatory Skill Sets

• 5-8 years of technology experience with 3+ years in GenAI / LLM engineering.
• Strong expertise in LLMs and foundation models, Agentic AI and multi-agent architectures, advanced RAG frameworks, prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, AI governance and Responsible AI, vector databases and knowledge retrieval.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, Azure, AWS, GCP, MLflow, Databricks, Fabric, and Kubernetes.
• Strong Python and software engineering background.
• Experience building AI Copilots and enterprise AI platforms.

Preferred Skill Sets

• Experience leading AI engineering teams.
• Exposure to AI product management and solution architecture.
• Experience with multimodal AI, document intelligence, and enterprise search.
• Relevant certifications in Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Google AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent.
