Job summary

PwC India is seeking an experienced data and analytics leader to drive AI strategy and GenAI initiatives within Advisory services. You will guide architecture, evaluate emerging GenAI technologies, and build a world-class AI team to deliver data-driven insights for clients.

As a Manager-level role, you will collaborate with data engineering, product, legal, and design teams to translate complex datasets into actionable business outcomes, while upholding PwC values and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with GenAI/Agentic technologies (e.g., AutoGPT, LangChain, ReAct, DSPy).
• Strong understanding of data engineering and AI-enabled workflows.
• Proven ability to lead AI research and development teams.

• Evaluate and integrate emerging GenAI/Agentic technologies (e.g., AutoGPT, LangChain, ReAct, DSPy, etc.).


• Build, mentor, and scale a world-class team of AI researchers, ML engineers, and product managers.


• Foster a strong interdisciplinary culture of innovation and experimentation.


• Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineering, product, legal, and design teams.
