Job summary

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate in Data, Analytics & AI to help manage data governance, quality, and integration to enable accurate decision-making. You will implement policies, drive security controls, and optimize data management processes within PwC's data ecosystem.

The role focuses on establishing robust data practices, collaborating with analytics teams to deliver trusted insights and scalable data solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Databricks.
• Strong coding skills in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Delta Lake and Lakehouse architecture.
• Knowledge of Unity Catalog, Delta Live Tables, and Databricks Workflows.
• Knowledge of Structured Streaming and Spark tuning.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data governance policies, quality controls, and security practices.
• Develop and optimize data integration pipelines across systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility for decision-making.
• Tune Spark workloads for performance and reliability.
• Leverage Databricks tools (DLT, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake) in production environments.
