Job summary

PwC in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design and build robust data pipelines and lakehouse solutions, enabling scalable analytics for client engagements.

You will work with Databricks, Python, PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake and orchestration tools to implement ETL/ELT pipelines, optimize Spark performance, and ensure data governance. A 4–8 year track record in data engineering and degrees in engineering or related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong coding skills in Python, PySpark and SQL.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformations.
• Hands-on experience with Delta Lake and Databricks.
• Knowledge of Spark performance tuning and Lakehouse concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and build robust data pipelines and lakehouse solutions.
