Job summary

PwC India is seeking a Senior Associate in Data, Analytics & AI within Advisory. You will design and build data infrastructure, lead data pipelines, and mentor a team of engineers to deliver robust data solutions for clients.

This role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and business growth through Snowflake, BI tools, and data governance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of data architecture and solutions
• Oversee, develop and manage data transformation processes within Snowflake to ensure data integrity, quality, and performance.
• Design and optimize Data Warehouse (DWH) and Business Intelligence (BI) architectures to support business analytics and reporting needs.
• Well versed with Salesforce & CPQ data and architecture. Understands financial bookings and revenue reports in Salesforce and DWH, ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and data models.
• Implement and maintain best practices for data management, data governance, and data security.
• Implementation of BI tools, like Tableau, Power BI, Sigma Computing, and others, to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data architecture, data transformation, and BI tools.
