Responsibilities

• Good understanding & experience in developing & implementing Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality frameworks, policies & processes
• Good knowledge of industry standards & regulations on Data Management such as BCBS239, GDPR, CCPA, etc.
• Experience in managing data lineage tools & visualizations to track data movement and transformations across systems
• Strong skills in data quality management and hands‑on experience with data quality tools and techniques
• Knowledge of other Data Management aspects such as Master data Management, Data Privacy and Security
• Strong understanding & hands‑on experience with the Data Governance tool – Collibra, including designing & implementing an operating model in DGC and scanning different sources with Collibra Catalog connectors
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders & cross‑functional teams
• Experience in project management methodologies & tools, including Agile
• Experience working as part of a global team with senior stakeholders in Steering Committee, DG & DQ Forums & Working Groups – to understand & resolve data issues
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to address complex data governance challenges
