You will work with Azure Stack services, Snowflake, and BI tools to deliver scalable analytics solutions while collaborating with global teams and mentoring junior analysts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of advanced machine learning (ML) and statistical models to solve complex healthcare problems.
• Establish and promote best practices inmodeling, experimentation, and analytical rigor.

• Mentor and enhance the technical capabilities of the data science team.
• Keep up to date with the latest advances in ML and healthcare analytics.

Mandatory skill sets

• Conduct exploratory data analysis using visualizations to understand data patterns and structures.
• Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to validate assumptions.
• Develop, deploy, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models for business challenges.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data integration strategies into Snowflake/Data Lake platforms.
• Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning methods to derive actionable insights.
• Lead AI research projects focused on innovative data analysis techniques.
• Qualifications:
• 4+ years of hands-on experience building data analytics, data engineering, and machine learning solutions.
• Strong expertise with Azure Stack services and Snowflake.
• Proficient in SQL with deep knowledge of dimensionalmodeling.
• Experience creating interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with advanced statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictivemodeling.
• Programming proficiency in R or Python preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience with AI Automation projects, including Generative AI or Agentic AI, is a plus.
