Job summary

PwC is seeking an experienced Agentic Pipeline Engineer to design and operationalize AI-driven pipelines and agentic workflows. You will build intelligent multi-step workflows where AI agents interact with enterprise systems, call tools/APIs, and execute tasks reliably in production.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI pipelines and workflows using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build single-agent and multi-agent solutions for complex business use cases.
• Develop reusable components for tool calls, orchestration, prompt management, memory, routing, and workflow execution.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with enterprise data sources.
• Integrate agents with REST APIs, databases, vector stores, and external tools.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI or similar.
• Work with agentic frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or equivalents.
• Develop and optimize embedding, retrieval, chunking, reranking, and vector-search pipelines.
• Implement guardrails, validation, error handling, observability, logging and evaluation for GenAI apps.
• Optimize agent workflows for accuracy, latency, reliability and cost.
• Containerize and deploy AI services using Docker and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, data scientists and stakeholders to productionize Agentic AI solutions.
• Perform unit/integration testing and production support for AI pipelines.
