• Escalate deviations/risk, coordinate and ensure mitigation plans with cross-functional teams; track costs and budget.

Job purpose / Objective :
The purpose of this position is to execute component project management for GI BU in India (PIC E projects and workpackages).
Project Management Process :
Collect project data to facilitate customer project acquisition. Facilitate seamless execution of project post acquisition - from project development phase to series release phase. Manage manufacture relocation topics also.
System & Process :
Define project charter, align with necessary stakeholders fortimely closure of open topics including risk release
Document as per project requirement/progress systematically and participate/ lead audits with necessary preparation
Escalation and Risk Management :
Escalate in case of deviations/risk, coordinate, support & ensure execution of mitigation plan along with CFT, report cost impact and obtain management decision/approvals.
Capacity and Budget Management :
Track project efforts and budget and align with team leader and obtain support/decision
