Job summary

Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a production supervisor with 3+ years' experience to oversee manufacturing lines, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive on-time delivery.

You will mentor associates, conduct regular audits, and support continuous improvements using 5S, root-cause tools, and SAP for shop-floor activities.

Qualifications

• BE or Diploma with 3+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in production supervision is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet production targets with safety and quality adherence.
• Analyze plan vs actual, KPI utilization, IDC, QCD.
• Train associates; ensure adherence to work instructions.
• Conduct regular audits and layer process confirmations.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring production target are met with Safety and Quality standard adherence
• Achieve Plan Vs Actual, Achieve KPI _ Utilization , IDC , QCD
• Analysis of loss contributors
• Ensure Associates /operators are working according to standards (Work instruction, Handling instruction, etc.)
• On job training for new associates and enhancement of operators multi skilling.
• 5s and Quality improvement
• Responsible for Process Confirmation _ LPC
• Conduct regular audits - layer process confirmation
• Implementation and adherence to the Quality Standard
• Problems solving through systematic approach - 5 Why, PSS
• Responsible for daily meetings /Audit / Visit Preparation
• Inventory Accuracy
• Responsible for Shift SFMC & IDC Review
