Avantive Solutions in Noida (Sector 62) is seeking a quality and coaching specialist to monitor calls, audit data integrity, and coach agents for performance improvements. The role supports 24/7 shifts and requires strong teamwork and a focus on meeting targets.

Ideal candidates have experience in outbound processes and familiarity with companies in telecom/cable sectors. Proficiency in MS Office is necessary.

This position is based in Noida (Sector 62).

Additional Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office/MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience Preferred:
