Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency with major performance testing tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, k6, Locust, NeoLoad).
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, Shell) for test automation.
• Knowledge of system architecture, networks, databases, and OSes.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics).
• Cloud platforms and containerization (AWS, Azure, GCP; Docker, Kubernetes) a plus.

Job Description & Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Performance Testing

Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Proficiency with at least one major performance testing tool (e.g., Apache JMeter, Micro Focus LoadRunner, Gatling, k6, Locust, NeoLoad).

Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Shell scripting) for test automation and data manipulation.

Solid understanding of system architecture, network protocols (HTTP/S), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and operating systems (Linux, Windows).

Experience with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics).

Ability to analyze and interpret complex performance data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information clearly.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) is a plus.
