LawTribe, an AI-powered legal tech platform, is seeking an Influencer / Content Creator to build and strengthen its personal and digital presence. You will craft engaging content, manage influencer collaborations, and drive audience engagement across key professional networks.

The role requires strong storytelling, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Immediate joining is preferred, with WFO in Noida.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in Content Creation, Influencer Marketing, Social Media Management, Personal Branding, or a similar role.
• Strong on-camera presence and excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience creating engaging social media content across platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for an Influencer / Content Creator to build and strengthen the personal and digital presence of LawTribe, our AI-powered legal technology platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in content creation, influencer marketing, social media, personal branding, and audience engagement. The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content and helping establish LawTribe as a strong and recognizable brand among legal professionals and the wider business audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies for LawTribe across social media platforms.
• Create engaging short-form videos, reels, posts, and other digital content.
• Appear on camera and confidently communicate LawTribe's products, features, and value proposition.
• Build and maintain a strong social media presence and personal brand for LawTribe.
• Identify relevant influencers, creators, lawyers, and industry professionals for collaborations.
• Plan and execute influencer marketing and collaboration campaigns.
• Research trending topics, formats, and content opportunities relevant to the legal and professional audience.
• Work closely with the Product, Marketing, Sales, and Management teams to develop relevant content.
• Track content performance, audience engagement, reach, and growth and continuously optimize the content strategy.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual presentation.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in Content Creation, Influencer Marketing, Social Media Management, Personal Branding, or a similar role.
• Strong on-camera presence and excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience creating engaging social media content, especially Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn content, etc.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, audience engagement, and content strategy.
• Ability to independently ideate, script, shoot, and coordinate content.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Candidates with experience in Legal, Professional Services, Business, Finance, SaaS, or Technology content will be preferred.
• A strong existing social media presence or demonstrated content portfolio will be an added advantage.

Preferred Profile

We would particularly prefer candidates who have:

• Experience creating content for professional or knowledge-based audiences.
• Experience working with lawyers, legal professionals, business professionals, or finance professionals.
• Existing social media presence / personal brand.
• Experience collaborating with influencers or industry experts.
• Strong portfolio of Reels, videos, campaigns, or social media growth.

This is an urgent requirement, and candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
