Job summary

IMPRESSION MAKERS is seeking an experienced In-House Advocate/Lawyer to manage all legal matters related to real estate redevelopment projects in Mumbai. The role involves drafting and reviewing Development Agreements, PAAA, Lease Deeds, and Conveyance Deeds.

You will perform land title due diligence, handle legal notices, coordinate with municipal corporations and revenue authorities, and manage litigation with external counsel. Compliance with RERA and redevelopment laws is essential.

Qualifications

• LLB or LLM degree with 7+ years of experience in real estate legal work.
