Job summary

PwC Bengaluru is seeking an Associate SAP PM to work on AMS/Support and enhancements, delivering end-to-end SAP PM solutions that align with client needs.

You will configure PM processes, manage integrations with MM/PP/QM, handle incidents, coordinate with business users and technical teams, and assist in testing and production issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of relevant SAP PM experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Equipment Master, Functional Location, Maintenance, Notifications, Work Order Management, Preventive Maintenance.
• Experience in AMS/Support projects.
• Knowledge of SAP PM integration with MM, PP, QM, and FI.
• Experience in incident management and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA PM processes.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and provide end-to-end SAP PM solutions.

• Handle incident, service request, problem management, and change requests.
• Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams.
• Work on requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, testing, and deployment.
• Prepare functional specifications and support development teams during enhancements.
• Support integration with SAP MM, PP, QM, WM/EWM, and FI/CO modules.
• Participate in user training, UAT support, and production issue resolution.
• Ensure SLA adherence and support critical business operations.
