Job summary

PwC India in Pune is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Advisory SAP practice, focusing on Employee Central implementations across multiple countries. You will analyse client needs, design solutions, and lead workshops to implement Time Tracking and core EC capabilities.

The role requires 6+ years of experience, BE/B.Tech or MBA/MCA/M.Tech/CA/ICWA, and hands-on CPI integration knowledge. You will collaborate with diverse teams to deliver impactful, compliant HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Lead Employee Central time tracking for multi-country implementations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Employee Central functionalities: Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Life Cycle Events, Time Off; create time-type and time account type.
• Ability to design workshops for customers and align with leading practices.
• Understand platform-level integration with SAP S/4HANA, Payroll, and other systems; data migration approach for EC.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops for customer projects and workshops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement EC time tracking and related processes.
• Ensure regional regulatory considerations are addressed in Time Off configuration.
• Drive end-to-end EC lifecycle understanding on the SAP/SF platform.

Responsibilities

• Must have been in a role leading Employee Central track for large multi-country implementation for international or domestic customer
• Must have good knowledge and hands-on experience of Employee Central all functionalities - Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Employee Life Cycle Events, Time Off, and Benefits. Create an absence time type and a time account type. Enable the assignment of time off master data to employees
• Must have independently led the design workshops for customer
• Must have an understanding of leading practices and industry best practices
• Must have a good understanding of platform-level integration of other modules with Employee Central. Consider regional laws and regulations when implementing Time Off for a specific location
• Must have an understanding of the end employee life cycle on the SF platform
• Must know integration capabilities of Employee Central with S4H, 3rd Party Payroll and other systems
• Must have a good understanding of Data Migration approach/strategy for Employee Central
