Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer with 10+ years of hands‑on software development experience to design, architect, and deliver high-performance, scalable cloud applications. The role requires deep backend microservices expertise in Java and Spring Boot, strong frontend delivery capability using React.js, and proven experience in cloud‑native application modernization, containerized deployment, engineering mentorship, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities Must have :

Mandatory Skill sets:

Backend Engineering - Java / Spring Boot

• Strong hands‑on experience in Core Java, Java 8+, collections, multithreading, exception handling, design patterns, and enterprise application development.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data/JPA, Hibernate, RESTful API development, API versioning, and microservices architecture.
• Experience designing scalable service-to-service communication, API contracts, error handling, resiliency, caching, transaction management, and secure backend services.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL, with practical experience in data modelling, query optimization, schema design, and database integration.
