Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize IMS components such as MME, SGW, PCRF; ensure seamless operation.
• Lead deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of IMS modules in multi-vendor environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Ensure compliance with 3GPP specifications and RFCs.
• Perform advanced socket programming and handle SIP, RTP, TCP/IP, UDP, SCTP, GTP, Diameter.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IMS Module Lead to take charge of designing and optimizing end-to-end 4G Core and IMS architectures. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on programming expertise in C/C++ and network protocols, along with a robust understanding of 3GPP standards and IMS/4G Core components.

This is a leadership role, responsible for ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and performance of IMS modules in a cloud-native and multi-vendor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design end-to-end 4G Core and IMS solutions aligned with 3GPP standards
• Develop and optimize IMS components such as MME, SGW, PCRF, ensuring seamless operation and integration
• Lead deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of IMS modules in complex, multi-vendor environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance tuning, capacity planning, and network resiliency
• Ensure compliance with relevant 3GPP specifications and RFCs
• Perform advanced socket programming and handle protocols like SIP, RTP, TCP/IP, UDP, SCTP, GTP, Diameter
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in IMS architecture and system design

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong programming experience in C/C++, multithreading, and IPC mechanisms
• Hands-on experience with protocols: SIP, RTP, TCP/IP, UDP, SCTP, Diameter, GTP
• Deep knowledge of 4G Core/IMS architecture, components, and 3GPP protocol stacks
• Proficiency in socket programming and cloud-native network environments
• Exposure to multi-vendor IMS implementations is a strong plus

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field
