Job summary

Mewar Technology Services is seeking an experienced IMS/DB2 DBA to manage IMS Online/Batch, Delta IMS, HALDB and Fast Path environments. The role demands strong DB2 z/OS, SQL, performance tuning and production support with 24x7 on-call availability.

Qualifications include UG degree, hands-on experience with JCL, DB2 Utilities and BMC tools, plus familiarity with TSO/ISPF. This is a full-time, temporary/contractual position based in Hyderabad, India.

Qualifications

• Experienced IMS/DB2 DBA with hands-on knowledge of IMS Online/Batch and Delta IMS.
• Strong DB2 z/OS, SQL, and performance tuning experience.
• Experience with backup/recovery, JCL, and DB2 utilities.
• On-call availability 24x7.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for IMS/DB2 environments.
• Manage IMS Online/Batch processes and Delta IMS tasks.
• Optimize DB2 performance and implement backups/recovery.
• Liaise with operations for 24x7 on-call coverage.
