Tata Consultancy Services in India is hiring an IMS Core Development Engineer with strong expertise in IMS architecture, SIP signaling, VoLTE/VoWiFi, and telecom core network development. The role involves developing and optimizing IMS network elements for next-generation communication services.

The position focuses on developing IMS core nodes such as P-CSCF, I-CSCF, S-CSCF, TAS, SBC, MGCF, MRF and ensuring seamless VoLTE/VoWiFi service delivery.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of IMS, SIP, SDP, RTP, and Diameter.
• Hands-on experience with VoLTE/VoWiFi call flows.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Java, Python, or Shell scripting.
• Experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, VMware/KVM.
• Knowledge of Wireshark, SIP debugging, BHCA/TPS, and capacity planning.
• Understanding of 3GPP IMS standards and telecom protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and optimize IMS core nodes (P-CSCF, I-CSCF, S-CSCF, TAS, SBC, MGCF, MRF).
• Design SIP-based call control, registration, and session management functionalities.
• Work on VoLTE, VoWiFi, eSRVCC, and emergency call handling features.
• Develop Diameter-based interfaces for authentication, authorization, and charging.
• Troubleshoot SIP signaling, media path, and IMS interoperability issues.
• Support performance optimization, automation, and CI/CD activities.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance IMS core nodes such as P-CSCF, I-CSCF, S-CSCF, TAS, SBC, MGCF, MRF, and BGCF.
• Design SIP-based call control, registration, and session management functionalities.
• Work on VoLTE, VoWiFi, eSRVCC, and emergency call handling features.
• Develop Diameter-based interfaces for authentication, authorization, and charging.
• Troubleshoot SIP signaling, media path, and IMS interoperability issues.
• Support performance optimization, automation, and CI/CD activities.
