Job summary

Motadata is seeking a qualified candidate to lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of its ITSM solutions. You will collaborate with clients to design scalable IT monitoring and ITSM solutions while working closely with DevOps, Product, and Support teams.

Strong troubleshooting and client-facing communication skills are essential for this position. Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and ManageEngine, along with knowledge of Linux, Windows, networking, and cloud/on-prem deployments, will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, configuration, and integration of Motadata solutions.
• Work on ITSM/ITOM/APM use cases.
• Collaborate with clients to design scalable IT monitoring and ITSM solutions.
• Partner with DevOps, Product, and Support teams for seamless delivery.
• Provide client training and ensure successful onboarding.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation challenges efficiently.
