Job summary

Cygnet.One is seeking an Implementation Specialist to drive end-to-end GST product implementations for clients in India. You will gather requirements, configure products, and coordinate integrations while delivering product demos and training.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-lives, provide post-go-live support, and guide clients on GST compliance. Occasional client visits may be required, and a strong customer-focused mindset is essential.

• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in GST return filing and/or indirect taxation.
• Understanding of APIs, ERP integrations, or software implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
