Job summary

Aviso AI is seeking a Salesforce/Python developer to provide L1–L3 support in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with product, QA, and business teams to ensure reliable operations and timely enhancements.

You will handle data migration, API integrations, and custom solution development on the Salesforce platform, work with Apex, triggers, data loader, and workflows, and coordinate with SMEs, developers, testers, and business partners, including occasional night shifts.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Python / Salesforce Development.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, triggers, and data loader.
• Experience with data migration of large datasets.
• Knowledge of APIs integration and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Follow the technical documentation checklist and maintain it.

• Logging work hours and work hour utilization using tools like JIRA.
• Stakeholder handling.
• Work closely with subject matter experts, developers, testers and business partners.
• Night shift as and when required with the rotation in the team.

• Good understanding and thorough with Apex classes, trigger, maps, data loader, JS and hands-on.
• Worked on at least 10+ projects.
• Salesforce Sales and Service cloud.
• Data migration capabilities (Data loader, Workbench, Import Wizard, Auto rabbit).
• Project Management capabilities.
• Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation rules, and process builder flows.
