Hexaware Technologies in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Team Lead Operations for the International process in a BPO inbound non-voice (email/chat) environment. Location isGhansoli, Navimumbai, with a 30 km boundary and 5 days of work with 24/7 rotational shifts.

The candidate should have 2–8 years as a Team Lead for non-voice processes and at least 1 year on paper, with graduation mandatory and strong communication and team management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-8 years of experience as a team leader for non-voice processes; at least 1 year on paper.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Good communication and strong team handling skills.
• Experience with KPI/KRA, attrition, shrinkage, occupancy, CSAT/DSAT, SLA, and AHT.
• Prior experience handling email/chat processes.
• Responsible for meeting SLA targets.
• Excellent real-time management skills.
• Ensure schedule adherence and foster an encouraging team environment.

• Looking a candidate with overall Minimum 2-8 years of experience in those as a TL for Non-Voice Process should at least 1 year on paper.
• Grauduation is Mandatory
• Good communication and Strong Team Handling skills.
