Job summary

Navayuga Consultancy is seeking a seasoned Triple A Developer to design, customize and maintain Triple A applications across Core, WUI, and database layers. The role spans RH Linux environments and involves backend and frontend integration with business stakeholders.

Candidates should have 6+ years in Triple A, strong SQL/DB skills (Sybase/SQL Server), and experience with WUI components and Datastage ITX tooling. Banking/Wealth Mgmt exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Triple A development (Core and WUI).
• Strong understanding of Triple A Core architecture and data models.
• Hands-on Triple A WUI development and customization expertise.
• Experience with databases such as Sybase and/or SQL Server; SQL mastery.
• Ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot efficiently.
• Familiarity with system integration, APIs, and interface development.
• Knowledge of ITX, Datastage Design Studio, and related tooling is a plus.
• Domain experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management is advantageous.

Job descriptions:

• We are seeking an experienced Triple A Developer with strong expertise in Triple A Core, WUI (Web User Interface), and Database components.
• The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in implementing, customizing, maintaining, and supporting Triple A solutions within the banking and wealth management domain.
• The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain

Triple A applications on Red Hat Linux platform.

• Have a sound understanding of Triple A Business Functions like Valuation, Check Strategy, Strategy Reconciliation, Order List etc.
• Work extensively on Triple A Core modules, implementing business requirements and system enhancements. Should be able to work on Formats, Screens, Input Controls etc.
• Knowledge of Triple A administrative and data security functions (Format profile, Data profile, Data Security profile etc) will be an added bonus.
• Develop and support WUI (Web User Interface) components and user-facing functionalities.
• Should have knowledge of working with the WUI Design Studio. Should have good knowledge of TSL and financial server pooling.
• Prior knowledge of optimizing TSL configuration will be an added bonus.
• Perform database development, optimization, troubleshooting, and data analysis activities.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop interfaces and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Should have knowledge of ITX to design and develop maps on the Datastage Design Studio.
• Conduct impact analysis, root cause analysis, and provide timely resolution to production issues.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management activities.
• Collaborate with functional teams, business users, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and support documents.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience-

Technical Skills

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Triple A development (Core and WUI).
• Strong understanding of Triple A Core architecture and functionalities (concepts of financial servers, F2B / B2F flows, Triple A Gateway layer for importing and exporting data elements).
• Hands on experience with Triple A WUI development and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Triple A data model, understanding the significance of Triple A databases like aaamaindb, aaalogindb, permtsldb etc) and SQL development.
• Experience in database technologies such as Sybase and/or SQL Server.
• Expertise in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.
• Performance tuning on Sybase or SQL
• Server will be an added bonus.
• Experience with system integration, APIs, and interface development.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Domain Knowledge

• Good understanding of Private Banking and Wealth Management business processes.
• Experience working with financial instruments, portfolios, accounts, and client management workflows is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Triple’ A implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.
• Exposure to DevOps, release management, and automated deployment processes.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
