Job summary

Shai Health in Chennai is seeking a detail-oriented AR/RCM specialist with expertise in denials and end-to-end AR processes. The role involves collaborating with team leaders and operations to review daily quality trends and implement corrective actions.

Strong client interaction and transition experience are advantageous. Candidate should be able to conduct weekly training and participate in regular quality reviews with management, with effective written communication to support process

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable, Denial Management, Insurance Follow up and actions in AR vertical.
• Strong knowledge of Medical Billing, A/R process and Revenue Cycle Management.

Responsibilities

• Review previous day quality error trends with Team Leaders/Supervisor and operations team.
• Identify error categories and root causes (RCA) and corrective actions (CAPA).
• Conduct weekly error-based training with operations team and Team Leader.
• Lead weekly/monthly Quality Review Meetings with Management Team.
• Maintain effective email communications and reports as needed.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions with Bottom Quartile performers.
