What is our requirement?

Role: Sales Manager/ Sr. Sales Manager

Job Location: Pune (Baner & Kharadi)

Experience: 1 Year to 15 Years

Vehicle: Mandatory


Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales in Mumbai and achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Conduct end-to-end discussions with buyers and educate them about the company's offerings on a daily basis.
  • Attend inquiries generated through the Digital Marketing platform by addressing needs & concerns to fulfill buyer's expectations.
  • Develop relationships with top-selling developers, investors, and end-customers.
  • Intermediate negotiation processes and consult clients on market conditions and prices.
  • Provide advisory/consultation to customers for purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.
  • Understand clients' needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
  • Fix engagement meetings with predetermined leads. Show, consult, and sell by providing excellent personalized service to HNI customers.
  • Convert prospects into buyers by showcasing appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching the investment needs of the prospects.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
  • Work closely with the internal CRM team to ensure hassle-free after-sales service.
  • Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively, and demonstrate high integrity.
