Role & responsibilities

• Overall 6-8 years of experience in medical coding, with a strong background in coding audits.
• Candidates who has experience working in Multispeciality-Surgery Coding, E&M Coding, Denials highly preferred
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• In-depth knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing, denial management and reimbursement processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and team members.
• Familiarity with coding software and electronic health records (EHR).
• Organizational skills to manage time and tasks efficiently.
• Problem solving skills: Capability to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in coding.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Shift timings (8:00AM to 5:00PM)
• Work Mode: Hybrid(Weekly 2 days WFO)

Preferred candidate profile

• Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification required.
