Optima Financial Solutions is seeking dedicated tutors to conduct live online classes for Classes 6–12 across Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Science. You will manage online batches, deliver structured lessons, and use examples to build understanding.

Ideal candidates have graduate/postgraduate qualifications in relevant subjects, strong subject knowledge, and the ability to explain concepts simply. Freshers with solid knowledge are welcome.

• Graduate or postgraduate in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Science or a related field preferred.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and in a student-friendly manner.
• Experience in school teaching, private tuition, or online tutoring is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live online tuition classes for Classes 6–12 in Maths, Physics, Chemistry or Science.
• Handle online batches and deliver structured, engaging and interactive lessons.
• Explain academic concepts clearly using examples and practice problems.
• Help students strengthen fundamentals and perform well in exams.
• Teach according to CBSE and other boards; align with curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets and revision materials.
• Conduct tests, assignments and assessments to evaluate learning.
• Identify learning gaps and provide additional support.
• Monitor attendance and academic progress throughout the course.
• Provide feedback and communicate progress to the academic team.
• Help students prepare for exams through revision and doubt-clearing sessions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct live online tuition classes for students from Classes 6 to 12 in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Science, according to the teachers subject expertise.
• Handle online batches and deliver structured, engaging and interactive lessons.
• Explain academic concepts clearly, using examples, problem-solving exercises and practical applications.
• Help students strengthen their fundamentals, improve subject understanding and perform better in school examinations.
• Teach according to the relevant school curriculum and syllabus, including CBSE and other applicable boards.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, practice questions and revision materials.
• Conduct regular tests, assignments and assessments to evaluate student learning.
• Identify students’ learning gaps and provide additional support where required.
• Monitor student attendance, academic progress and performance throughout the course.
• Provide constructive feedback and communicate learning progress to the academic team.
• Help students prepare for school examinations through revision sessions, doubt-clearing classes and practice tests.
• Maintain student performance records and ensure consistent teaching quality.
• Coordinate with the academic team to improve student engagement, learning outcomes and course completion.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Science or a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts in a simple, clear and student-friendly manner.
• Prior experience in school teaching, private tuition, coaching centres or online tutoring is an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching may also apply.
• Familiarity with CBSE and other school curricula for Classes 6 to 12 is preferred.
• Ability to teach students with different learning abilities and academic requirements.
• Good communication skills, patience and a student-focused approach.
• Comfortable conducting live online classes and managing student batches.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online meeting platforms or digital teaching tools.
• Must have a laptop or desktop, stable internet connection and a quiet environment for teaching.
• Should be punctual, organised and committed to maintaining teaching schedules.
• Availability during evening hours, preferably between 5 PM and 10 PM, is desirable.

Compensation Structure

The compensation package will consist of a fixed component plus variable pay and performance-based incentives, as agreed during recruitment.
