IICS/IDMC Sr Developer

Informatica Cloud Data integrator

Must-Have:

1. Informatica IICS / IDMC Development
2. Oracle and Unix
3. Datawarehouse / BI Concept
4. Data modeling- and Strong in SQL

Involvement in Mnaging Informatica development related activitiies

Ownership of development and testing of IICS Componnets

Working with client, understand the business trend, conduct proof or concepts as suitable and develop software solutions

Communication with client and other stake holders with appropriate data points and at the right time

Process improvement, best practice to be followed for continuous refinement of the application

Mentoring and grooming other team members as required

Analyze existing Informatica PowerCenter mappings, workflows, sessions and dependencies

Assess migration feasibility and identify and identify IICS equivalents for PowerCenter components.

Perform end-to-end migration from PowerCenter to IICS using informatica migration utilities and manual conversion where required.

Redesign and optimize ETL logic to align with cloud best practices

Conduct unit testing, system testing and data reconciliation post migration

Migrate and Validate: Mappings and workflows, Parameter files and variables, Scheduling and dependencies, Error handling and logging

Resolve performance issues and ensure data accuracy.
